We base our style of cooking on traditional Basque cuisine.

Our own preparations are: Vegetable Porridge, Marmitako, Bakalao with potatoes, Chipirones, Carrilleras, Meatballs, Roasted Country Chicken, Russian Salad. Homemade desserts: curd, natillas, rice with milk, flan, cheese cake. Pinchos: rugged tongue, potato omelet, guts.

On weekends, in addition to our Day Menu at lunches, we are offering Combined Dishes, which is being very well received.
